Travel Vaccinations
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel
The NHS vaccinations available at the surgery are:
- Hepatitis A
- Typhoid
- Tetanus
Find information and vaccination guidance on each country.
- If you require any other travel vaccinations or malaria medication you will need to contact a private travel clinic.
- Your vaccination history can be found on the NHS app.
- If you require any vaccinations, please contact the surgery 6-8 weeks prior to travel using the form.
- If your travel is less than 6 weeks away, you’ll need to seek an appointment at a private travel clinic.
- If your travel is over 8 weeks, please wait before completing the enquiry form.
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, please complete our online travel form.
Letting us know which countries you will be visiting and what dates you will be travelling. We can let you know which of these free vaccines you require.
You will need to contact a local private travel vaccine provider for other travel vaccines. The private provider will assess which other vaccines you require.
