How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- On the NHS App (or through your NHS Account on the NHS Website)
- Via Patient Access if you have an account

Contact the Practice if you would like to discuss your results via the below online form or by telephoning the practice on 01635 917917 and choosing option 3.
Blood Tests
We are pleased to now be offering blood tests at the Surgery every other Saturday morning and sporadically throughout the week as available, please use our online form to book an appointment or phone us on 01635 917917 choosing option 2 to book.
Alternatively, you can visit the West Berkshire Community Hospital any day of the week. The unit is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. You will need to book an appointment before attending the hospital via their online portal or by phoning them on 0118 904 7900. Please be aware that different types of blood tests are taken at certain times.
