We understand some patients are having trouble getting to the front of the telephone call queue, with their call being sent to the back of the queue when they have been told they are nearing the front. We are investigating this but as yet, do not have a fix. We believe it happens with mobile phones not landlines. The telephone provider believe it is the mobile phone or network that is at issue rather than the phone queue.
We are putting pressure on to the company to investigate this further. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes you especially as due to the current situation more of our patients are using the telephone to contact us.
