Berkshire Pain study

Young Adults with Chronic Fatigue Sydrome / Fibromyalgia – Study

Do you suffer, or know somebody who does, with this condition?

You could win a £100 / £50 / £10 Amazon voucher!

This project is being carried out by the Royal Berkshire Hospital Department of Pain Medicine in collaboration with the Reading and West Berkshire Fibromyalgia Support group.

We want to improve our service and support for young adults with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Fibromyalgia, in the age group 16-30 years, living in and around Newbury. We have been awarded a grant from Healthwatch West Berkshire to carry out this NHS development project. We want to increase awareness, promote understanding and provide a network of resources to these patients and their carers.

You will be asked to fill out a short 3 page questionnaire (either on paper or online) taking 5 to 10 min to fill. All valid and approved entries will be entered into a prize draw.

Closing date – 19th October 2018 and the winners will be picked, by random draw, at the live event on 23rd October 2018. Three participants will win an Amazon voucher.
