Complaints & Compliments Procedure

We welcome compliments – positive feedback encourages us all to do as well as we can – please feedback to us. If however you have a concern about any aspect of the service you have received, we would like to know about this too – again please feed back to us. We will do our very best to acknowledge your complaint swiftly and investigate it appropriately.

If you have worries about other organisations please contact the hospital or service responsible for providing your care so that they can work with you to put things right.
