Appointments

On Monday 14th November our appointment system changed. You now need to phone us to book a medical appointment with any clinician other than a nurse. Additionally, a small number of appointments can be booked if you are registered for online services.

We offer Face-to-face, telephone, and email consultations. Some problems are best suited to a particular type of consultation.

Our Medical Team consists of GPs, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists and Nurse Specialists – your appointment will be booked with the clinician who is most suited to helping you.

Appointments are released on a rolling basis – 25% off all our ‘routine’ appointments are available to be booked on the day.

The GPs have provided the reception team with instructions on how ‘urgent’ certain medical problems are – your booking priority is based on medical advice.

We have dedicated protected appointments for patients we consider to be vulnerable.

If you have an urgent medical problem, we have emergency appointments throughout the day. These are for urgent problems only, we cannot safely consult for other problems in these appointments.

There comes a point at which the demand for appointments exceeds our capacity, and at this stage it is dangerous to continue trying to see patients – you will be directed to another service if you believe your problem is urgent, or asked to call another day if it is routine.
